Webinar: Behavioral Change Through the Use of Success Plans
Success plannning (commonly known as Case Planning) is a strategy that has been correlated with reductions in violations, enhanced perceptions of fairness, and improved collaboration. PPCJI recently developed a template to assist counties in implementing this tool within their departments. This webinar provides a brief overview of the success planning process, introduces the PPCJI template, demonstrates the use of the tool, and provides some tips. Any department, either already developing success plans or those that just want to gain a better understanding will benefit from watching this webinar.
