Caseload Data Webinar

On September 16, 2025, the EBP Committee will hold a webinar for county probation department management teams. The webinar "Caseload Data: Telling Our Story" will be facilitated by Pam Sheffer and Bryanna Davis, Co-chairs of the Data and Quality Assurance Workgroup.
In 2025, the County Chief Adult Probation and Parole Officers Association of Pennsylvania collected data from all the county departments related to caseload size, contact standards, specialized caseloads, problem solving courts, and other duties. The level of detail and compliance was unprecedented in the state. This webinar will explore through a presentation and small group discussions what the data indicated, how it can be most effectively leveraged, and future next steps.
Webinar participants will be able to:- Understand current caseload and workload trends broken down by similar class sizes- Identify how data can be used to guide decision making- Drive future data collection of the Association PowerPoint "Caseload Data: Telling Our Story" 2025 Caseload survey results: All counties (excel)
