- On September 10, 2024, the EBP Committee held a webinar for county probation department management teams.
- The webinar "Caseload Data: Telling Our Story" was facilitated by Pam Sheffer and Bryanna Davis, Co-chairs of the Data and Quality Assurance Workgroup.
- In 2024, the County Chief Adult Probation and Parole Officers Association of Pennsylvania collected data from all the county departments related to caseload size, contact standards, specialized caseloads, problem solving courts, and other duties. The level of detail and compliance was unprecedented in the state. This webinar explored through a presentation and small group discussions what the data indicated, how it can be most effectively leveraged, and future next steps.
