Implementation Leadership Academy (Lead@Work)

Lead@Work: Virtual Learning Sessions
As a follow up to the Implementation Leadership Academy training held in 2018 and 2019, The Alliance for Criminal Justice Innovation (ACJI) provided the CCAPPOAP with a virtual classroom series called Lead@Work. These sessions were live and interactive training in the application of the principles learnded at the Implementation Leadership Academy. These sessions were designed to help you stay sharp with leadership skills as each department continues to grow and develop. The twelve-month topics and video links are below.
